  • Select Your Service Choose from my available services based on your specific needs. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out, and I can help guide you to the right option.

  • Pick a Date & Time My calendar widget allows you to view available appointment slots and select a date and time that works best for you.

  • Complete the Booking Form Fill in your details so I can get to know you a little better before our session. If you’ve had any prior tests or consultations, please feel free to share them here.

  • Confirm Your Appointment Once your details are entered, hit confirm, and your appointment will be scheduled. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details and any next steps.

Services Offered:

  • Free Discovery Call: If you're unsure if we're the right fit, start with a free 20-minute discovery call. This will give you a chance to share your concerns and ask any questions you have about the process.

  • Initial Consultation: A 90-minute deep dive into your health history, symptoms, and goals. During this session, we’ll begin to uncover the root causes of your health issues and start creating a personalized plan to support your healing journey.

  • Follow-Up Session: After our initial consultation, I recommend follow-up sessions (60 minutes) to continue assessing your progress, tweak your plan, and ensure you’re on the right path.

  • Specialized Coaching Sessions: These sessions are designed for those looking for ongoing support with specific issues like gut health, energy, stress management, and more. We can dig into these concerns in depth during our coaching calls.

Cancellation Policy:

Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This will allow us to offer your spot to someone else who may need it. Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
